Yes, there is a small travel fee for clients located outside of my main service area. Travel is free for locations within 15 miles of Oakley, CA (94561). For areas beyond that, a small fee applies based on distance:

• 0–15 miles: Free
• 16–25 miles: $15
• 26–35 miles: $25
• 36–45 miles: $35
• Over 45 miles: Custom quote (starting at $50 and may require a spa party or bundle)

We bring everything you need to enjoy a spa-quality experience at home—massage table, linens, aromatherapy, music, and spa equipment.

You simply need to:

• Choose a clean, quiet area with enough space
• Have access to an outlet (for warmers and devices)
• Relax and enjoy your personalized service

Treatment durations vary:

• Most facials: 50–80 minutes
• Massages: 60 or 90 minutes
• Body treatments: 45–60 minutes
  Time for set-up and breakdown is typically 15–20 minutes on each end.

A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. Payment is processed at the end of your service unless you prepay online. We accept:

• All major credit/debit cards
• Digital payments (via PocketSuite)
• Gift cards from Radiance Glo Spa

A deposit is required and is non-refundable. You can reschedule once with 72+ hours’ notice. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Late arrivals may reduce treatment time.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This helps us respect both your time and our team’s schedule.

Absolutely. Your health and safety are our top priorities. All equipment and tools are sanitized before and after each session. Our staff follows California Board of Cosmetology and Massage Therapy hygiene protocols, and PPE is available upon request.

Yes! We love pampering groups for bridal showers, birthdays, couples’ days, and more. We can customize packages for 2–6 guests. Contact us directly to discuss group rates and availability.
