Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. I do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on my own systems. I may retain limited payment-related information such as invoice history, payment status, card brand, last four digits, authorization status, and dispute or chargeback history.

D. Website & Device Information

When you use the website, I or my service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, website activity, referral information, cookie data, and analytics information.

E. Communications

I may retain records of emails, text messages, booking messages, appointment reminders, confirmations, website form submissions, and customer support communications.

F. Safety, Fraud & Service Documentation

Because Radiance Glo Spa is an in-home concierge business, I may create or retain documentation related to service delivery, practitioner safety, fraud prevention, payment disputes, chargeback defense, policy enforcement, and incident reporting. This may include:

• incident-related documentation

• other lawful safety records reasonably related to service delivery

Any safety recording or documentation is used strictly for:

• practitioner and client safety

• incident reporting

• fraud prevention

• chargeback or payment dispute defense

• legal, insurance, or policy enforcement purposes

Safety recordings and service-area documentation are not used for advertising, public posting, or marketing without separate written consent.

Where California law requires consent for the recording of a confidential communication, I will seek, rely on, or document the required consent through booking disclosures, signed agreements, service consents, or verbal notice as applicable. Recording devices used for safety purposes, if active, will not be hidden.

I do not sell personal information for money.

• intake records relevant to the dispute

Radiance Glo Spa does not currently believe it sells personal information for monetary consideration. If my practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated as required. The CCPA/CPRA applies to businesses that meet threshold tests, including revenue or data-volume thresholds.
