• ensure the appointment location is safe, sanitary, and appropriate for professional in-home services

I reserve the right to request government-issued identification, address verification, payment verification, and other reasonable screening information before confirming or performing services.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the information provided is false, incomplete, inconsistent, or raises safety, fraud, or professional-boundary concerns.
⸻
3) Concierge Service Model
Radiance Glo Spa is an in-home concierge spa service. I travel to the client’s approved location and bring the professional supplies, linens, products, and setup items needed for the booked service.
Services are provided only at the client’s location or another location specifically approved by me in advance. Services are not provided as walk-in, storefront, or drop-in appointments.
All services are provided only within my training, licensure, certification, and current operating policies.
⸻
4) Scope of Services & In-Home Esthetics Policy
Massage and esthetic services are offered only within my professional scope and in accordance with my business policies.
Esthetics Policy for Residential Appointments
To maintain current in-home compliance and safety standards, residential esthetic services are limited to manual, non-medical, non-device treatments only.
For residential appointments, I do not perform:
• electrical device treatments
• battery-operated device treatments
• heat-based device treatments
• invasive treatments
• chemical peels
• any service I determine is outside my current in-home operating policy
I reserve the right to refuse, modify, pause, or end any service if:
• the requested service is outside my scope or policies
• the client presents a contraindication or safety concern
• the environment is unsafe or unsuitable
• the client’s conduct is inappropriate, sexual, threatening, or disrespectful
⸻
5) Health, Contraindications & Right to Refuse Service
You agree to disclose any condition that may affect service, including but not limited to:
• allergies or sensitivities
• pregnancy
• recent illness
• skin conditions
• injuries
• recent surgery
• contagious conditions
• medications, prescription topicals, exfoliants, or other treatment-related products
I may refuse, postpone, shorten, or modify service when contraindications, safety concerns, scope limitations, or sanitation concerns are present.
I may also refuse service if I determine that the appointment is not appropriate for therapeutic or professional reasons, even if the service was previously requested or booked.
⸻
6) Professional Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Boundary Policy
Radiance Glo Spa is a professional, strictly non-sexual business.
Any sexually suggestive remarks, gestures, exposure, propositions, solicitation, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or other inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
If a session is ended due to inappropriate conduct, the full booked fee will still apply, and I reserve the right to refuse all future bookings.
Threatening, abusive, deceptive, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior may also result in immediate cancellation or termination of service.
⸻
7) Non-Discrimination & Equal Access
I provide services in compliance with applicable California law and do not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic.
I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or terminate services for legitimate non-discriminatory reasons, including:

• fraud concerns
• intoxication
• harassment
• inappropriate conduct
• unsafe appointment conditions
• inaccurate booking information
• refusal to comply with business policies
⸻
8) Space, Access & Appointment Environment Requirements
The client is responsible for providing a safe and workable service environment in the home, hotel, or other approved location where services will be performed.
Required Conditions
• A clear space of approximately 6 feet by 8 feet
• Reasonable indoor lighting and climate
• Access to a sink for handwashing
• Safe building entry and parking access
• A clean, professional, and reasonably quiet environment
Power Access
Access to a power outlet is optional and may be used for ambient lighting or music only, not for treatment devices.
Household Safety
Pets must be secured and children must be supervised and kept away from the work area during setup, service, and breakdown.
Service Animals
This pet requirement does not apply to service animals required by law. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not be excluded except as permitted by applicable law.
Timing
Please allow approximately:
• 15 minutes for setup before service
• 10 minutes for breakdown after service
Setup and breakdown time are outside the hands-on treatment time.
If the environment is not safe, clean, accessible, or appropriate upon arrival, I may decline to begin service and applicable fees may still apply.
⸻
9) Service Area, Travel Boundary & Minimum Booking
Radiance Glo Spa is based in Oakley, California, and provides in-home concierge services by appointment only.
Current core service areas include:
• Oakley
• Brentwood
• Antioch
• Discovery Bay
• Bethel Island
• select nearby areas approved at my discretion
I do not accept bookings that exceed approximately 45 minutes one way from Oakley under normal traffic conditions.
Minimum Booking Requirement
The required minimum booked service total is based on estimated one-way drive time from Oakley to the appointment location:
• 0–20 minutes: $150 minimum
• 20–30 minutes: $175 minimum
• 30–45 minutes: $200 minimum
• Over 45 minutes: service unavailable
These minimums apply before gratuity and do not include tolls, parking fees, gate fees, valet fees, or similar access-related costs.
Additional Access Costs
The following may be billed to the client at cost when applicable:
• parking fees
• garage fees
• valet fees
• gate or access fees
• bridge tolls
Clients must provide the correct service address at booking. If the actual location, access limitations, parking situation, or drive time materially differ from the information submitted at booking, I may adjust the booking total, apply the correct minimum, reschedule, or decline service.
⸻
10) Booking, Deposits & Card on File Authorization
A valid card on file is required for all bookings.
A deposit is required at checkout to reserve an appointment. The deposit amount, if any, will be shown during booking and applied toward the final appointment total unless forfeited under these Terms.
By booking, you authorize Radiance Glo Spa to charge the card on file for:
• required deposits
• remaining appointment balances
• approved enhancements or upgrades
• tolls, parking, gate, valet, or other authorized access-related charges
• late cancellation fees
• no-show fees
• other charges authorized under these Terms
Payment information is processed through a third-party payment processor. I do not store full card numbers on my own systems.
A booking is not considered final until it is accepted and confirmed through my booking process.
⸻
11) Communications Consent
By booking, submitting a form, or contacting Radiance Glo Spa, you consent to receive service-related communications from me by phone call, text message, and email regarding:
• booking requests
• appointment confirmations
• reminders
• intake forms
• payment issues
• policy notices
• aftercare or follow-up messages
• service-related customer support
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for updating it if it changes.
Consent to receive service-related communications is not a guarantee of marketing communications, and marketing messages, if any, may be subject to separate consent options.
⸻
12) Appointment Changes, Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrival
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 48 hours before the appointment start time: no cancellation fee
• 24 to 48 hours before the appointment start time: 50% of the booked service total
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment start time: 100% of the booked service total
• Same-day cancellation: 100% of the booked service total
• No-show: 100% of the booked service total
If a deposit has already been paid, it will be applied toward the cancellation fee. Any remaining balance may be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrival
If you are late, your session may be shortened to protect the schedule for other clients. The full booked fee still applies.
Same-Day Changes
Same-day changes, service downgrades, address changes, or special requests are not guaranteed and may be denied.
Provider Cancellation or Rescheduling
If I must cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If the appointment is cancelled by me and not rescheduled, any deposit paid for that appointment will be refunded.
⸻
13) Delays, Emergencies & Events Outside My Control
I am not responsible for delays, interruptions, modifications, or cancellations caused by events outside my reasonable control, including:
• illness
• emergency
• severe weather
• traffic collisions
• road closures
• power outages
• unsafe access conditions
• building restrictions
• civil emergencies
• other circumstances that make travel or service impractical, unsafe, or impossible
In such cases, I may reschedule, modify, shorten, or cancel the appointment in my discretion.
⸻
14) Hotels, Rentals & Third-Party Locations
If services are booked at a hotel, short-term rental, workplace, event venue, or other third-party location, the client is responsible for confirming that the location:
• permits the service
• allows provider access
• allows setup and treatment activity
• does not prohibit service supplies, linens, or equipment
• will not impose undisclosed fees or access barriers
If service cannot be completed because of location rules, lack of access, parking restrictions, refusal by management or staff, or third-party interference, applicable fees may still apply.
⸻
15) Pricing, Enhancements & Retail Sales
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
The final total presented at checkout or in written appointment confirmation is the binding price for that appointment. That total will include all mandatory charges known at the time it is presented, except any applicable government-imposed taxes and optional gratuity.
Optional enhancements, add-ons, upgrades, and retail purchases are not included in the booked service price unless they are specifically selected, approved, and added to the final booking total.
All enhancements, add-ons, upgrades, and retail purchases are subject to availability, professional judgment, contraindications, scope-of-practice limits, and safety approval. I reserve the right to decline, substitute, or remove any enhancement or retail item that I determine is unsafe, inappropriate, unavailable, or outside my service policies.
If a client requests an optional enhancement or approved upgrade after booking, and I agree to provide it, the client authorizes the additional charge and it may be added to the final invoice or charged to the card on file in accordance with these Terms.
Any quoted promotional price, package price, introductory offer, or special rate applies only to the specific service, date range, and terms stated in the offer and may not be combined with any other offer unless I expressly agree in writing.
⸻
16) Spa Parties & Group Bookings
(Radiance Glo Retreats)
Spa parties, group bookings, and event-style appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written event agreement:
• cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit
• one reschedule may be permitted with 72+ hours’ notice, subject to availability
• final guest count, timing, location details, and setup requirements must be confirmed in advance
Additional terms may apply for group bookings and will control if a separate event agreement is signed.
⸻
17) Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks
Completed Services
All completed services are final. No refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be issued for:
• completed services
• partially used appointment time
• dissatisfaction based on personal preference where the booked service was performed as described
• late arrival by the client
• same-day changes or service downgrades not approved in advance
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law or where I cancel the appointment and do not reschedule.
Retail
Retail sales are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for retail items based on change of mind, scent preference, texture preference, opened use, skin preference, or improper storage after delivery.
If a retail item is delivered damaged or defective, the client must notify me within 48 hours of receipt for review. If the claim is approved, I may provide a replacement, store credit, or other remedy required by law.
My retail return policy is intended to be clearly disclosed and must be read together with these Terms, any posted website policy, and any checkout disclosures.
Chargebacks
By booking, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for charges that are authorized under these Terms. I reserve the right to provide signed agreements, booking records, intake forms, messages, appointment logs, receipts, and related documentation to the payment processor in response to any dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback is initiated for a valid charge, I reserve the right to dispute it and to decline future bookings until the matter is resolved.
⸻
18) Privacy & Client Information
I collect and use client information only as reasonably necessary to:
• schedule and provide services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiance Glo Spa LLC and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of Website use, booking, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

⸻
22) Governing Law, Disputes, Arbitration & Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may elect binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California, except for claims that may properly be brought in small claims court.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
