Order Accuracy

Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a fee based on the time and day of your scheduled appointment. Please understand that cancellations do not entitle you to a refund. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment, which may result in a delay of your spa treatment depending on availability.
Additionally, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our "no call" or "no-show" policy. Missing an appointment without prior notification will result in the automatic forfeiture of the scheduled service, including any financial investment made. This policy is designed to help our therapists and staff manage their schedules effectively while honoring our commitment to all clients.
Timeliness Policy:
If you anticipate being 15 minutes late for your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. In such cases, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and a fee will be applied based on the original appointment's date and time. For weekend reschedules, the fees may be higher due to increased demand for appointments. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, the remaining time will be allocated for your treatments.
