These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of www.RadianceGloSpa.com (“Website”) and the services offered by Radiance Glo Traveling Day Spa (“Radiance Glo Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking services or using our Website, you accept and agree to these terms in full compliance with the laws of the State of California.

Use of Website

You agree to:

• Use this Website for lawful purposes only.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Business and Professions Code, and other relevant consumer protection and privacy laws.

• Not misuse or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website or related systems.

Service Eligibility

To receive services from Radiance Glo Spa, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have written consent from a legal guardian if under 18.

• Provide accurate and truthful personal and medical information.

• Ensure that your service location is safe, clean, hazard-free, and suitable for professional treatment.

Consent for Services

By booking services, you agree that:

• All services provided are therapeutic, holistic, and non-sexual in nature.

• Any sexually suggestive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of service and full service charges will apply. Law enforcement will be notified as appropriate.

• Services are provided in accordance with California laws and regulations governing massage therapy, esthetics, and mobile wellness professionals.

 Health, Safety & Client Hygiene

We strictly follow California state safety and sanitation regulations:

• All staff are trained and licensed (if required) and use clean linens, disinfected tools, and PPE where applicable.

• Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene before service. Excessive body odor, communicable diseases, or unsanitary conditions may result in the service being refused or rescheduled at the therapist’s discretion.

• You must disclose all allergies, injuries, or health conditions prior to your appointment to ensure safe treatment.

Payment & Fees

You agree to:

• Pay the full cost of the service(s) as listed at the time of booking or as quoted.

• Provide a valid credit or debit card to hold your appointment. A pre-authorization may be placed to secure your booking. This card may be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or additional fees.

• Understand that all services and product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

• Be responsible for any additional applicable charges (taxes, gratuities, etc.).

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will incur a fee of up to 100% of the service price.

• No-call/no-show appointments are charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or canceled, and the full service fee will still apply.

Radiance Glo Retreat – Spa Party Booking Policy

We curate every Radiance Glo Retreat with care and intention. To protect your experience and our time, please review the following:

•  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
•  Cancellations made within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.
• One reschedule is permitted with 72+ hours’ notice, valid within 30 days.
•  If Radiance Glo must reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future retreat.
• Late arrivals or unprepared guests may receive a shortened service to keep the schedule on track.

 Refund & Product Policy

• All product and service sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted, in accordance with California Civil Code §1723, which allows businesses to set a no-return policy if clearly  If Radiance Glo must reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a future retreat.

• Damaged or incorrect products may be eligible for replacement. Report such issues within 48 hours by emailing: ieshia@radianceglospa.com or calling 925-412-6177

Social Media & Recording Policy

• With your explicit, signed consent, Radiance Glo Spa may photograph or record your session for marketing purposes.

• You may decline at any time by informing your therapist before the appointment. No service will be withheld for opting out.

• Any captured media will be used solely for Radiance Glo Spa’s promotional purposes and in full compliance with California privacy laws.

SMS, Email, and Electronic Communications

• By opting in, you agree to receive text messages and emails from Radiance Glo Spa for appointment reminders, updates, and promotions.

• Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to texts or clicking “Unsubscribe” in emails.

• Your contact information is never sold or shared without consent.

Privacy Policy

• We collect your personal information (name, contact details, health history, etc.) only for business purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your data without consent.

• You may request access, updates, or deletion of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by contacting: info@radianceglospa.com.

Modification of Terms

Radiance Glo Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on our Website. Your continued use of our services or Website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

• Radiance Glo Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided or your use of the Website.

• This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, injury, allergic reactions, or service delays.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiance Glo Spa, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from:

• Your violation of these terms.

• Misrepresentation of medical history.

• Unsafe service environments.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Contra Costa County in accordance with the California Arbitration Act.

• Prior to arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution.

Travel Fee Policy

Radiance Glo Traveling Spa provides in-home services throughout Oakley, CA and surrounding areas.

🚗 Travel is free for clients located within 15 miles of Oakley, CA (ZIP 94561).

For locations beyond 15 miles, the following travel fees apply:

• 16–25 miles: $15
• 26–35 miles: $25
• 36–45 miles: $35
• Over 45 miles: Custom quote required (starting at $50). Clients beyond this range may be required to book a spa party or service package to accommodate travel.

To confirm whether your location qualifies, please text your address to 925-412-6177 before booking. Travel fees are added to your final invoice and are non-refundable..

Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions outlined above. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
